Staff

          Every Summer IRBC hirers approximately seventy to eighty part time workers. The camp holds a try out week to see if those that want to work at camp have a servants heart and can work hard, this week is called Water and Work Week (WWW). Usually over one hundred teens show up to Water and Work Week to try and work at IRBC.

           The camp also hirers fifteen to twenty full time staff member every summer to head up most of the work that needs to be done and to over see the part timer workers.
